Bar One in Patong is a very good sports bar, located just past Bangla Road and Soi La Diva on Patong beach road. They pride themselves on having multiple large TV screens where you can watch all the latest sporting action, or see a Hollywood blockbuster. As you would expect, they have pool tables and plenty of hostesses who will happily give you a game, so you can test your skills in a comfortable environment. Bar One is fully air-conditioned, and they serve a variety of drinks and cocktails. Guest DJs frequently play here, and the music is one of Bar One’s highlights. Steve, the English owner of the club, has gone to great lengths to ensure that the atmosphere here is comfortable and welcoming. The hostesses are very friendly and attentive, but they are more than happy to leave you to watch the big game or just enjoy a quiet drink. Tasty bar snacks are available here for customers with an appetite. If you are looking for somewhere a little quieter than the mayhem of Bangla road, Bar One may be the place for you.
