On the edge of the Laguna Beach Hotel Resort, comprised of several high-end hotel destinations, you will find a number of shops, restaurants and bars. Canal Village is the largest shopping complex in the area, and you will find all manner of things to see and do here. Canal Village is owned by the same organization that runs the whole Laguna Complex, and they obviously don’t want you to be tempted away from their hotels – the 50 or so shops making up Canal Village can cater to your every wish. Even if you are not staying in Laguna, if you are passing through the Cherngtalay district you may wish to pay Canal Village a visit. Particularly noteworthy are the wide assortment of silks that they sell, and there are many souvenir and gift shops to choose from. Predictably enough, they also have several cafes and restaurants to quell your appetite. Canal Village may not be cheap, but there is plenty of high-quality shopping to be had here.
