Nightlife, Phuket Travel Guide
Phuket nightlife can be rich and vibrant or subtle and chilled out. You can take in a show, enjoy a good meal, have a quite drink or wander around the wilder bars. You can find entertainment in almost any area, your hotel will always advise you.
Patong is perhaps the most notorious for a walk on the wild side. Particularly around the Bangla Road and surrounding Soi’s. There are go-go bars, girlie shows (but they are not all girls – be warned!), themed and international bars. Disco’s such as Rock City, Banana and Tai Pan are lively and fun.

Karon and Kata are a little more sedate with more opportunity to enjoy a game of pool or watch sports.
Phuket Town is often left off the tourist trail, but its well worth a visit. Generally the pubs and clubs are more to the taste of the locals, and a chance to enjoy some more authentic scenes.
